Role Description
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with a keen interest in software testing and quality assurance. You will be involved in manual and basic automation testing for SaaS platforms, AI-powered automation, and cloud-based applications—covering functional, integration, regression, and API testing.

You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify and resolve software issues, ensuring that products meet our high-quality standards. Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SaaS, AI automation, and cloud applications.

• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and usability testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.

• Support basic automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (training will be provided if needed).

• Participate in API testing to ensure correct functionality of cloud service interactions.

• Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and product managers to ensure software quality standards are met.

• Contribute to improving QA workflows, maintaining documentation, and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in software testing (freshers are welcome).

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.

• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with QA/testing tools (manual or automated) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to SaaS or AI-powered applications.
